1. Acceptance of terms

By using Banger (b4arecords.com) and its distribution services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Banger distributes your sound recordings to digital stores and streaming platforms worldwide, and provides related tools such as royalty splits and analytics. Some features require an active paid subscription.

3. Your content and rights

You retain 100% ownership of your recordings and compositions. You grant Banger only the limited, non-exclusive rights required to deliver your content to the stores you select and to collect and pay through your earnings. You represent that you own or control all rights in the content you upload, including samples and cover licenses where applicable.

4. Payments and royalties

Stores report and pay on their own schedules. Banger passes through 100% of the royalties received for your content. Where you configure royalty splits, payouts are made to collaborators according to the percentages you set.

5. Subscriptions

Distribution requires an active plan. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If your plan lapses, your releases may be removed from stores until the plan is reactivated.

6. Prohibited content

Content that infringes third-party rights, uses unlicensed samples, or manipulates streaming platforms (artificial streaming, fraud) is prohibited and may result in takedown and account termination.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
